Call center software that predicts which lead is most likely to close and which agent is most likely to close it.

ReadyMode will append the following data to your lead.

Appended Field	Description
Outcome	Integration outcome (success, failure, or error)
Reason	If outcome is error, the error reason
Lead Id	ReadyMode assigned lead_id

The following fields are used by this integration and automatically added to your flow when missing.

The following are configuration options (typically not collected with lead data).

Variable	Description
Send Provider	Recipient Provider
Send Submission Url	Client-Specific URL
Send Lead Date	The submission.timestamp of the lead. This can be adjusted with Submission Timeshift
Send Submission Timeshift	The number of minutes in the future to shift the submission timestamp
Send Duplicate Buster	Enable the duplicate busting option in ReadyMode.
Send Custom	ReadyMode supports up to 50 custom fields with the format lead[0][Custom_1]
Timeout Seconds	Produce an "error" outcome if the server fails to respond within this number of seconds (default: 360)
