Appended Fields
Shape will append the following data to your lead.

Warnings | Array containing warning messages, such as "Invalid input" or "Missing input" |
Outcome | Integration outcome (success, failure, error or skip) |
Reason | If outcome is error or failure, there is a reason |

Campaign Name | Identifies the campaign. Similar to Google's and Bing's Campaign Name (utm_campaign, bing_campaign) |
Campaign Medium | Identifies the medium such as email or cost-per-click. Similar to Google's and Bing's Campaign Medium (utm_medium, bing_medium) |
Campaign Source | Identifies the search engine, newsletter name, or other referrer. Similar to Google's and Bing's Campaign Source (utm_source, bing_source) |
Campaign Content | Used to differentiate ads or links that point to the same URL often when running an A/B test. Similar to Google's and Bing's Campaign Content (utm_content, bing_content). |
Campaign Id | Used to track specific campaign IDs or codes. |
Campaign Sub Id 1 | Used to track affiliate, region-specific or other campaign-specific IDs or codes. |

Original Source | The original source of a lead. If no source exists, one will be created in the “Marketing Sources” settings page of your Shape account |
Custom Input Variables
The following are configuration options (typically not collected with lead data).

Trustedform Domain | The domain displayed to the consumer during the page visit |
Trustedform User Agent | The consumer's browser user-agent |
Trustedform Os Full | A human-friendly version of the operating system information parsed from the user-agent |
Shape Shape Recordtype | Shape's record type ID, defaults to "Lead". |
Shape Custom | Custom Shape field |
Timeout Seconds | Produce an "error" outcome if the server fails to respond within this number of seconds (default: 360) |
