The Fall edition of the ActiveProspect Client Elevation Summit Ignite proved to be an inspiring highlight for leaders and innovators in home services, setting the stage for the future of lead generation and client engagement. Held on October 28 at the Aria East Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, the summit offered a full day of invaluable insights, networking, and collaboration. Attendees gathered to explore emerging trends, tackle industry challenges, and celebrate successes alongside fellow professionals.

The summit began with a breakfast buffet and a continuous beverage station, welcoming attendees to settle in and connect. The main event commenced at 9:00 a.m. with a warm welcome from ActiveProspect’s Home Services Vertical Leader, Ruben Ugarte, who thanked the summit’s sponsors and facilitated introductions around the room. This inclusive opening fostered a spirit of camaraderie, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

ActiveProspect Founder & CEO Steve Rafferty took the stage shortly after to deliver a keynote focused on lead generation and recent FCC regulatory updates. Among the key points of his address, Rafferty emphasized the importance of brand reputation, publisher leverage, post-reject minimization, and the verification and documentation of 1:1 consent. 

With tools such as the TrustedForm Verify 1:1 Consent Check feature, lead buyers/advertisers can verify that each purchased lead has provided explicit one-to-one consent to be contacted, while lead publishers/sellers can enhance the value of their leads by offering leads that are pre-verified for one-to-one consent, reducing the risk of post-rejection and improving their ability to sell at a premium.

Rafferty’s address not only underscored ActiveProspect’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry changes but also provided attendees with actionable insights on how these updates might impact their businesses. A lively Q&A followed, allowing participants to delve deeper into these critical topics and hear from an industry pioneer.

Continuing the theme of industry analysis, Ugarte and Customer Success Team Lead, Erica Garza, presented an overview of the home services vertical, sharing insights on market trends, lead generation challenges, and ActiveProspect’s recent milestones. Customer Success Manager Dion Green then led a session on customer success best practices, offering practical advice for onboarding partners effectively and fostering stronger client relationships.

After a brief snack break, attendees gathered for a series of sponsor spotlights, with five sponsors presenting short, dynamic talks highlighting their services and value. With unique presentations led by HomeBuddy’s Ryan Pederson, Clever Digital Marketing’s Daniel Rahmon, Fullthrottle’s Will McGinnis, Channel Automation’s Vic Sun, and 1 & Fund’s Justin Hatcher, these speakers allowed attendees to discover new tools and strategies for scaling their businesses, while also creating an engaging platform for future partnerships.

Following a catered lunch, ActiveProspect CRO Margaret Wise led small-group table discussions, encouraging participants to share challenges, solutions, and ideas. This interactive session fostered a sense of community and provided a collaborative space for real-time problem-solving and brainstorming. A raffle giveaway added an element of excitement, giving attendees a chance to win prizes and end the day on a high note.

The festivities continued into the evening with the Top 500 Welcome Reception before Summit attendees wrapped up the evening with the exclusive VIP dinner, “Vegas Elite: A Home Services VIP Soiree” at Ocean Prime. Guests were treated to a signature cocktail hour followed by a four-course dinner on the private terrace, where they could unwind, exchange stories, and forge deeper professional bonds. This dinner offered a memorable conclusion to the day and served as an exclamation mark on an unforgettable event.
