Create a Lead with the Provider Profile of your choice.
Appended Fields
Velocify will append the following data to your lead.

Outcome | The outcome of the transaction (default is success) |
Reason | If the outcome was a failure, this is the reason |
Id | The lead ID returned by Velocify |
Reference | Reference value provided by Velocify |
