Last week, ActiveProspect had the distinct pleasure of attending the Florida TCPA Summit, presented by DNC.com. This premier event has grown significantly in prominence and scale, particularly in light of the FCC’s updated TCPA 1:1 consent requirements—a pivotal shift that has heightened industry-wide vigilance and attendance.

Despite the event coming to an end and the panel running over time, no one moved an inch until the panel finished their thoughts. It was the perfect way to close out the Summit and the year.
