Client Elevation Summit Ignite 2024 Recap
ActiveProspect’s Client Elevation Summit Ignite 2024 exceeded all expectations, establishing itself as the premier event for industry leaders and innovators in home services. Held on May 12-13 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, TX, just before Qualified Remodeler’s FAST Remodeler Live event, this summit was a beacon of connection, learning, and inspiration.
The event kicked off on Sunday, May 12th, with a vibrant welcome reception at the Hilton’s Canon & Belle Biergarten. This initial gathering set a relaxed and welcoming tone, allowing attendees to register, mingle, and network in a casual environment before the main event on Monday.
Day two began with a catered breakfast, providing a perfect setting for early-morning networking as participants shared excitement and hot coffee. The summit began with opening remarks from our premier home services Sales Director Ruben Ugarte. Ruben opened the session by welcoming attendees, thanking our co-sponsors, and facilitating introductions around the room, creating an inclusive atmosphere from the start.
Following the opening remarks, ActiveProspect Founder and CEO, Steve Rafferty, delivered a powerful keynote address, sharing insights on the future of the company and lead generation as a whole. His vision for 2024 and beyond set the stage for the day, highlighting the importance of innovation and customer-centric strategies.
Keeping up with the theme of innovation, TrustedForm and LeadConduit product owners, Christopher Williams and Scott McKee joined Rafferty on stage for an in-depth look at the latest updates and features to ActiveProspect’s consent-based marketing platform. While necessarily granular, these updates were presented in a digestible manner and highlighted how the latest enhancements would empower clients to optimize their lead data further and improve performance.
Next up on the agenda was ActiveProspect’s CRO, Margaret Wise, who focused on key framework principles, guiding attendees on an invaluable journey to help transition from start-up to scale-up. Through breakout sessions, participants discussed the challenges they faced, fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and idea-sharing.
Capitalizing on the collaboration, our talented Customer Success Managers, Erica Garza and Dion Green, led a session sharing updates and inviting feedback on how ActiveProspect can be a better partner. This interactive discussion highlighted the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Following a robust morning of presentations, Sales Director Ryan Theisen energized the group with a fun and engaging game session, encouraging everyone to share their stories and experiences in the industry in a fresh and exciting way. A raffle prize giveaway followed the game, adding an element of camaraderie among the attendees to close out the morning.
Post-event, attendees were treated to a City Brew Tour, featuring guided tours and tastings at two local breweries. The tour included lunch and an open bar at Fast Friends Brewing, with a delicious buffet of salads, pretzels, and pizza. The second stop was Zilker Beer, offering another open bar and a chance to further unwind and network.
The Client Elevation Summit Ignite 2024 was more than just an event; it was an experience that left attendees inspired and motivated. The intimate setting allowed for meaningful connections and in-depth discussions, ensuring that everyone left with valuable insights and a sense of community.
This year’s summit set a high bar for future events, showcasing the perfect blend of business acumen and personal connection. Attendees departed with a renewed sense of purpose and a wealth of knowledge to drive success in the home services industry.
