No. There is no fee to join the Publisher Partner Program or be listed in the Publisher Directory. The only requirement is that publishers must meet the eligibility criteria to maintain a trusted ecosystem. All program benefits—including visibility, introductions, and co-marketing—are offered at no cost and vary by tier.

Buyers browse the Publisher Directory, find your profile, and click “Request Introduction.”

ActiveProspect receives the request, reviews it, and sends an introduction email connecting the buyer directly with you. From there, you take the conversation, negotiate terms, and run your normal sales process. It’s a warm, high-intent lead with zero friction.

To keep our program trusted and high-quality, publishers must meet the following criteria:

Confirm ownership of all of your domains
You must verify the domains you are producing leads from within the AP Platform

Issuing TrustedForm Certificates
You must actively generate TrustedForm Certificates on your verified domain(s). This shows buyers that your traffic is transparent and compliant.

3+ connections via the ActiveProspect platform
You should have at least three buyer connections with active lead flow on the ActiveProspect platform. This verifies that you are an active, operating publisher.

Complete all required fields in your Company Profile
You must complete your company profile so buyers can your business and understand they types of leads you produce.

Ongoing compliance
If any requirement is no longer met, we'll notify you and give a short grace period to resolve it before temporarily removing you from the program.

Tiering reflects your engagement, quality, and performance within the program. Higher tiers unlock better visibility, enhanced directory placement, co-marketing opportunities, and additional benefits. Tiers are determined by quality and your overall performance in partnering with ActiveProspect. Tiering is reviewed regularly to ensure fairness as the ecosystem grows.
