Oracle Responsys Integration
Overview
Responsys is used across the globe to manage marketing interactions across email, mobile, social, display and the web.
Appended Fields
Oracle will append the following data to your lead.

Fields
The following fields are used by this integration and automatically added to your flow when missing.

Address 2 | The second line of the address, often used for apartment or box numbers |

Custom Input Variables
The following are configuration options (typically not collected with lead data).

Responsys Username | Username used to log in to Responsys |
Responsys Password | Password used to log in to Responsys |
Responsys List Name | Name of Responsys profile list to merge recipient into |
Responsys Default Permission Status | Permission status. Valid values: OPTIN or OPTOUT |
Responsys Insert On No Match | Whether a record should be inserted when no match is found |
Responsys Update On Match | How existing records should be updated. Valid values: NO_UPDATE or REPLACE_ALL |
Responsys Match Column Name 1 | 1st column determining whether a match is found, for example: EMAIL_ADDRESS_ |
Responsys Match Column Name 2 | 2nd column determining whether a match is found, for example: MOBILE_NUMBER_ |
Responsys Match Operator | How the Boolean expression involving the match columns is constructed. Valid values: NONE or AND |
Responsys Optin Value | Value representing opt-in status, for example: 1 |
Responsys Optout Value | Value representing opt-out status, for example: 0 |
Responsys Html Value | Value of preferred email format, for example: H for HTML-formatted email |
Responsys Text Value | Value of preferred email format, for example: T for text-formatted email |
Responsys Reject Record If Channel Empty | Comma-separated channel codes (E for email, M for Mobile, and P for postal-code) that will reject records when the channel address field is null |
Responsys Map Template Name | The map template in Responsys to map field names of the Profile List to column names |
Responsys Custom | Lead field, named with Responsys name, to be sent |
Timeout Seconds | Produce an "error" outcome if the server fails to respond within this number of seconds (default: 360) |
