TOP 500 LIVE 2026 recap

The ActiveProspect team returned to Las Vegas for TOP 500 LIVE at Caesars Palace. Bringing together home improvement executives, entrepreneurs, and sales and marketing experts, the event offered an opportunity to reconnect with the industry and explore what profitable growth could look like in 2027.
For our team, the gathering was a chance to connect with the home services community around the challenges behind that growth: improving lead quality, reducing wasted spend, and helping sales teams focus on the right opportunities. As businesses evaluate new technologies and prepare their acquisition strategies for the year ahead, those fundamentals remain central to getting more from every lead investment.

AI took a prominent place on the agenda. Power Home Remodeling’s Timothy Wenhold explored what comes next for AI and technology in home improvement, while Marcus Sheridan focused on lead generation in the era of AI. Josh Linkner continued that theme on day two with a session on innovation and the industry’s new growth playbook. The topics highlighted how closely technology decisions are becoming connected to marketing and business strategy.
The program also examined the operational side of growth. Sessions from American Home Design’s Don Bruce and Zintex Remodeling Group’s Nick Zindel addressed profitability and financial discipline, while Florida Window & Door’s Amy Zimmerman focused on driving high-intent leads. Alongside sessions on sales training and leadership, the agenda connected attracting demand with building a business equipped to convert it.
That connection is at the heart of ActiveProspect’s approach to consent-based marketing. TrustedForm helps businesses document consumer consent and gain visibility into how leads were generated, while LeadConduit helps evaluate incoming leads and route accepted inquiries to the right systems. Together, they give home improvement businesses a stronger foundation for managing lead quality as they scale.

We left TOP 500 LIVE with fresh connections and a renewed focus on helping home improvement businesses make smarter lead-buying decisions. Thank you to the organizers, speakers, customers, and partners who made the event a valuable opportunity to learn and connect. We look forward to carrying those conversations into 2027.
If we missed you in Las Vegas, let’s keep the conversation going. Connect with ActiveProspect to learn how consent-based marketing can support your lead acquisition strategy and help your team make more of every opportunity.
