  1. Moderation & Participation: This community is hosted and moderated by ActiveProspect. We reserve the right to remove any content or member that violates these rules or disrupts the community spirit.  Three-strike system: Warning → Timeout → Removal
  2. No Direct Lead Data Sharing: STRICT PROHIBITED ACTION. Do not post, upload, or share any files containing personal consumer data, lead lists, or PII. This is a knowledge-sharing community, not a data exchange.
  3. No Confidential Business Data: Do not share trade secrets, internal company contracts, or sensitive pricing. Discussions should stay focused on industry trends and best practices.
  4. No Business Transactions: The Slack workspace is for networking and education. Please do not use the channels to execute contracts, exchange invoices, or conduct formal business transactions.
  5. No legal advice requests:  Information posted or shared in the community is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel and compliance advice.
  6. Self-Promotion Policy: While we encourage sharing your expertise, please avoid “hard selling” or spamming the community.  You can occasionally share product information or product updates if it is relevant to the community discussions or topic focus, but we expect all members to prioritize value over solicitation.
  7. Professionalism: Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory comments regarding competitors or peers will result in immediate removal.
  8. Privacy & Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Do not scrape member lists or harvest contact info from Slack for unsolicited unauthorized marketing.
  9. Protect the Community:  If you see spam, inappropriate behavior, or misinformation, flag it immediately to the admin team.
