Appended Fields
Airtable will append the following data to your lead.

Outcome | Integration outcome (success, failure, or error) |
Reason | If outcome is error, the error reason |
Result | The value being looked up, from the specified Result Column Name |
Custom Input Variables
The following are configuration options (typically not collected with lead data).

| Base Id | Id of the Airtable base |
| Table Name | Name of the Airtable table |
| Search Column Name | Name of the column to search |
| Search Value | Value to search for |
| Result Column Name | Name of the column to use as the result |
| Timeout Seconds | Produce an "error" outcome if the server fails to respond within this number of seconds (default: 360) |
