The Fenris Digital Property - Assessment Details API quickly and accurately provides a summary of reported information on building characteristics, valuation, and mortgages.
Appended Fields
Fenris Digital will append the following data to your lead.

Property Type | The property use classification. |
Building Characteristics Air Conditioning | The type of air conditioning system on the property. Returns null if unknown or no air conditioning is present. |
Building Characteristics Basement | Indicates if the property has a basement. Returns null if unknown or no basement is present. |
Property Square Feet | The total area of all buildings on this property in square feet. |
Building Characteristics Building Condition | The known qualitative condition of the building(s) at this location. |
Building Characteristics Building Quality | The quality of construction and finishes as a letter grade (A-F). |
Building Characteristics Garage Type | The type of garage. |
Building Characteristics Garage Num Cars | The number of spaces for cars in the garage. |
Building Characteristics Lot Size | The size of the lot in square feet. |
Mortgage Property Bathrooms | The total number of full bathrooms. |
Building Characteristics Partial Bathrooms | The total number of partial bathrooms. |
Mortgage Property Bedrooms | The total number of bedrooms. |
Building Characteristics Total Rooms | The total number of rooms. |
Building Characteristics Stories | The number of floors. |
Building Characteristics Pool | The type of pool, if a pool is present on the property. Returns null if no pool is present, or unknown. |
Property Roof Type | The shape, style, or construction of the roof. |
Building Characteristics Roof Covering | The material used to cover the roof. |
Property Year Built | The year of occupation certificate. |
Building Characteristics Heating Type | The type of heating and/or heating fuel. |
Building Characteristics Heating Fuel Type | The type of fuel used for heating. |
Building Characteristics Construction | The construction type. |
Mortgage Property Units | The total number of units. |
Building Characteristics Owner Occupied | The status of owner occupation. Returns null if the property is not owner occupied. |
Building Characteristics Owner Name | The name(s) of current owners(s) of this property. |
Building Characteristics Buildings | The number of buildings on the property. A return of 0 indicates an unknown number. |
Building Characteristics Exterior Wall | The exterior wall material. |
Building Characteristics Foundation | The construction type of the building foundation. |
Valuation Architectural Style | The architectural style of the building. |
Apn | The Assessor Parcel Number; an identifier assigned by county for the property's parcel. |
Valuation Market Value Min | The estimated minimum market value based on an automated valuation model. |
Valuation Market Value Max | The estimated maximum market value based on an automated valuation model. |
Valuation Land Value | The assessed value of land. |
Valuation Market Value | The market value of the property. |
Valuation Improvement Value | The assessed value of the improvements. |
Valuation Assessment Year | The year of the assessment on which assessment values are based. |
Mortgage New Property Value | The total assessed value of the property (i.e., the sum of the land and improvements values). |
Mortgage Refi Property Value | The market value of property based on an assessment when used by assessor. |
Mortgage Property Price | The selling price of the property the last time the property was sold. |
Valuation Last Sale Date | The date of last sale of the property. |
Mortgage Loan Ltv | The current estimated loan to value ratio, in percent. |
Mortgage First Mortgage Balance | The current estimated loan amount. |
Mortgage Total Lien Balance | The balance of the mortgage plus any other outstanding liens on the property. |
Mortgage Loan Amount | The original loan amount for the first mortgage. |
Mortgage Lender | The name of lender for first mortgage. |
Mortgage Loan Type | The type of loan for the first mortgage. |
Mortgage Title Company | The name of the title company for the mortgage. |
