FCC delays part of the TCPA revocation of consent rule
The FCC delayed the enforcement of part of the TCPA revocation rule until April 11, 2026, giving businesses more time to prepare for broad opt-out requirements. However, starting April 11, 2025, DNC requests must still be accepted via reasonable methods and honored within 10 business days.
