Before TOP 500 LIVE kicked off in Las Vegas, the ActiveProspect team brought home services leaders together for a day focused on a shared goal: making customer acquisition work better. Last week, Client Elevation Summit: IGNITE returned to Caesars Palace, combining product demonstrations, industry discussions, and opportunities to connect with the people tackling many of the same challenges.

This invite-only summit gave clients and partners space to compare strategies, ask questions, and explore what’s next for consent-based marketing. From buyer–publisher relationships to AI-powered engagement, the agenda centered on the decisions shaping lead acquisition today and the opportunities ahead in 2027.

For a few attendees, the connections started a day early with some Sunday football as the Las Vegas Raiders took on the LA Rams. But Monday morning brought everyone together over breakfast before welcome remarks and client introductions set the stage for the day’s agenda.

ActiveProspect Sales Director, Ruben Ugarte, and CRO, Sal Guariano, opened the programming with a look at the lead generation industry, setting the stage for a morning focused on acquisition challenges and opportunities across home services.

The conversation then turned to the 2027 ActiveProspect product roadmap. CTO Nik Pai introduced the broader direction and themes behind the platform’s evolution before Director of Core Products, Caitie Clarke, connected major 2026 releases with what’s ahead, including Audience Sync and new LeadConduit steps. Senior Product Manager Ryan Johnson followed with a preview of emerging capabilities, featuring LeadConduit Agent demonstrations that offered a look at new ways to work with the platform.

Next, VP of Product and Data, Christine Frohlich, moderated “Customer Turndowns: Using Data to Improve Your Funnel (From Verified Lead to Funded Project).” Featuring Regional Sales Manager Hannah Coptsias and Director of Sales Travis Cohen of Upgrade, alongside ActiveProspect’s Ryan Johnson, the panel explored how data can help home services brands better understand customer turndowns and improve the path from an initial inquiry to a funded project.

The Sponsor Spotlight continued with “The State of the Lead Generation Market — A Home Services Data Briefing.” Moderated by Ruben Ugarte, the discussion brought together Katy Lightsey, Head of Services Operations at Yelp, and Brian Hafer, SVP & GM of Home Services at Buyerlink, for a closer look at the market conditions shaping home services lead generation.

From there, Steve Silvers, CEO of Express Flooring, moderated “The Conversion Gap — Turning Bought Leads Into Revenue.” Joined by Jenna Mohrweis, Director of Enterprise Sales at Hatch, and Tal Shub, Founder & CEO of Craft, the panel focused on what happens after a lead is purchased and how technology can help brands strengthen engagement and turn more inquiries into revenue.

Closing remarks and a networking lunch led into the afternoon’s Three Corners discussions, where attendees could explore the product roadmap and inbound calls solution, connect one-on-one with Client Success, or learn more about Infutor Data. These smaller conversations gave clients direct access to the ActiveProspect team and time to connect the morning’s ideas to their own acquisition strategies before TOP 500 LIVE’s evening programming began.

That night, the conversation continued at Raise the Stakes: A VIP Home Services Dinner at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres led into a private seated dinner, giving guests time to build on the day’s introductions over seafood, steaks, and conversation.

Together, IGNITE and Raise the Stakes created space for both focused learning and stronger relationships. That combination remains central to the summit: bringing home services leaders together to share practical perspectives and help shape the future of consent-based customer acquisition.

A special thank-you to our sponsors—Yelp, Hatch, BuyerLink, Craft, and Upgrade—and to every client, panelist, and partner who contributed to the day. We’re grateful for the time, questions, and ideas you brought to Las Vegas. We look forward to putting those conversations to work and connecting with you again at the next Client Elevation Summit in 2027.
