Reassigned Numbers Database will append the following data to your lead.

|The disconnect status of the phone number|
Telephone Number Provided
|The phone number evaluated|
|The date used to evaluate disconnects|
The following fields are used by this integration and automatically added to your flow when missing.

Custom Input Variables
The following are configuration options (typically not collected with lead data).
|Company Id||Unique identifier provided for your company, provided by Reassigned Numbers Database|
|Lookback||Either a number of days or a date (in YYYY-MM-DD format) that specifies how far back to query for telephone disconnects (optional; default is 90)|
|Timeout Seconds||Produce an "error" outcome if the server fails to respond within this number of seconds (default: 360)|
