Summary

Zintex Remodeling Group partnered with ActiveProspect to improve lead quality, reduce wasted spend, and protect their growing business from compliance risk as lead volume scaled rapidly. By implementing LeadConduit alongside TrustedForm, Zintex was able to automatically reject duplicate and fraudulent leads, document verifiable consumer consent, and streamline vendor onboarding across a complex lead ecosystem. The result was stronger lead efficiency, faster vendor launches, and meaningful cost savings that could be reinvested into growth—without sacrificing compliance.

1,962 duplicate leads automatically rejected
15,538 successful leads processed with verified consent
5,000+ new names added to Zintex’s CRM in a single month

Problem

As Zintex grew into a high-volume, multi-market home services brand, lead management became increasingly complex and risky. With more than 4,000 leads per month flowing in from a diversified mix of traditional media, digital vendors, warm transfers, and appointment setters, the company faced several challenges:

  • Increased exposure to TCPA and consent-related compliance risk
  • Significant wasted spend from duplicate leads sent by multiple aggregators
  • Manual, time-consuming vendor setup and testing processes
  • Inefficient call center time spent contacting duplicate or low-quality leads

Zintex needed a solution that would allow them to scale lead volume safely, eliminate redundancy, and maintain confidence that every lead entering their CRM was legitimate and compliant.

Solution

Zintex adopted ActiveProspect’s platform—specifically LeadConduit and TrustedForm—in March 2022 to bring automation, compliance, and transparency into their lead operations.

With LeadConduit, Zintex centralized lead intake and vendor management, allowing new sources to be set up and tested in minutes instead of hours. Duplicate detection and filtering ensured that repeated leads never reached their CRM or call center, immediately reducing waste.

By integrating TrustedForm, Zintex gained independently verifiable documentation of consumer consent for every accepted lead. This gave their team confidence that leads entering their i360 CRM were legitimate, compliant, and safe to contact—while also reducing exposure to potential lawsuits.

TrustedForm provides us the comfort of knowing that any lead that passes through into our i360 CRM is legit—we have the certificate of consent from the customer, and it’s filtered out a bunch of ‘junk’ leads.”
Eric Peschke, VP of Marketing

Together, LeadConduit and TrustedForm allowed Zintex to move away from lead aggregators, improve vendor accountability, and focus spend on higher-quality publishers that drove real performance.
