What is Buyer Step?
It’s a new step in LeadConduit flows that allows lead sellers to:
- Invite new buyers to ActiveProspect via a self-serve onboarding flow.
- Send leads directly to a buyer’s CRM – even if they don’t have an account yet. This allows the Buyer to securely store their CRM credentials in their own account rather than sharing with the vendor
- Route leads based on custom logic like geography, vertical, or lead score.
Buyers who accept the invite are prompted to create a free buyer account and can connect their CRM in just a few clicks.
How it works
With Buyer Step, you can:
- Add the “Buyer” step into your flow.
- Choose which buyers to route to (including invited buyers).
- Dynamically assign leads based on your own criteria.
- Track delivery and performance at the buyer level.
