Submission Timestamp
To avoid a lot of the confusion that comes with date and time formats, we use the popular ISO 8601 format. All of our timestamps are stored internally using the UTC timezone and our services don’t make any assumptions about the timezone you supply. This is what our date and time syntax looks like: {year}-{month}-{day}T{hour}:{minute}:{second},{nanosecond}{timezone-offset} 2017-08-15T12:55:00Z A timezone-offset set to Z indicates UTC.
