I’m pleased to share the news that Marie Carroll has joined ActiveProspect in the newly created role of Senior Director of HR and Operations. Marie’s powerhouse background includes HR and production management leadership roles with ad agencies GSD&M, T3 and SicolaMartin.

On the human resources side, Marie is responsible for overall human resources strategy, building a performance management culture, defining and articulating all HR policies and procedures, and making ActiveProspect an employer of choice in the industry. Operationally, Marie will focus on organizational development, working with teams to build practices and processes that will support client needs and enable the company to scale for future growth.

And what about corporate culture stuff? Marie’s got that covered, too. She’s working with senior managers to cultivate the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Fostering a culture of coaching and feedback will distinguish the company and help us attract and retain talent.
